Voting Members are entitled to attend the yearly General Assembly of the Forum and submit resolutions. Voting Members are also entitled to attend the Executive Committee meeting and the meetings of the four Committees: Legislative, Statistics, Environment and Image, and can send as many delegates as they please to the General Assembly and to the Plenary Session.
